On November 23, our Audio-Film Instructor, Kenny Nguyen, represented the renowned company Avid Technology at the highly anticipated IMSTA FESTA 2024.
This one-day celebration of music technology included professional panels, workshops, and company exhibits. As a representative of Avid, Kenny ran the Avid Pro Tools booth. Pro Tools is a digital audio workstation (DAW) that allows users to create, record, edit and mix music and sounds. It is considered the industry standard DAW.
"IMSTA FESTA 2024 was an incredible event,” said Kenny. “Whether you're an artist, audio engineer, beatmaker, editor, musician, producer, songwriter, this music tech conference has something for everyone.”
Kenny had the distinct pleasure of meeting and engaging with a plethora of passionate individuals, including many Trebas students and graduates attending the event to learn more about music technology. At the Avid Pro Tools booth, Kenny demonstrated this software’s many features and answered questions from eager participants.
